Teen Scene - 2nd floor (for those in grades 7-12)


Mondays through Thursdays from 3 to 9 p.m.

Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m.

Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Library Lovers Month (entire month of February; for all ages)

Tell us why you love HPL. Did you learn something new? Do you like our programs? We'll post your answers in the library during February, and draw one heart at random.

One lucky winner will be featured on their own READ poster, to be displayed in the library. The winner will also receive an 11x17-inch version to take home.

Teen Book Club (grades 7-12)

Thursday, February 4 at 4 p.m.

What book are you reading right now? Come discuss what you’re reading with other teens! Prizes for those who attend.

Teen Hot Chocolate Tasting

Thursday, January 28, 4 p.m.

Take a break from the cold, frosty air and sample a variety of hot chocolates!

Teen Duct Tape Roses

Thursday, February 11 at 4 p.m.

Make a duct tape rose for yourself or for a friend. All supplies provided.
